Looking-Out

Looking-Out is the view from the mat at my workout gym. This is what I see when I lie on the mat to do my stretching exercises. It may be the most enjoyable part of the work out. The perspective of the windows and the ever changing clouds of various shapes passing by the window. They are relaxing as well as interesting.
